I am a very good example of someone who has been broken, made mistakes(regrettable mistakes I must say), I have felt dirty, I have felt left out and empty, my wounds were scary and irritating. And God said He is giving beauty for Ashes. I know I am not the only one who feels lost most of the time, but thank God I am better and I’ve retrieved my stolen identity back from the hands of Satan. You will get yours too. You will be confident again, You will see your beauty and value again because you are as relevant as the holy spirit says you are. He said he’ll make our wounds the weapons of warfare, the bullets and weapons the devil has sent against us to pull us down in all areas is the same weapon we’ll use to fight back. Do not hide your wounds, the scars, they’re beautiful in God’s eyes. He’s making a beautiful work of art out of it. Healing is coming, revival is coming, hope is here, peace is here.
I know it might sound cliche but this is a God movement. When I first heard the word Beauty for Ashes I was shocked. The whole concept and instruction for writing came from the holy spirit. One faithful day, this little girl was praying and The holy spirit instructed her to write. The instructions came in different ways. Books, prayers, the bible (words of knowledge). That day I laughed and cried cause how, just how do you ask someone that doesn’t know a thing about writing, to start writing? It was funny but God told me, if you had known what to do , if you have it all under control then there won’t be a need for me to come in, my presence in your life wouldn’t have been relevant. He said I’m going to put your wound out there, and show the world the beautiful art I have created it , so others can see and have confidence in the God who creates treasures. So you see, The holy spirit is always relevant, in fact He aids our ignorance. With time the instructions grew on me and I started walking in obedience of the one who sent me.
We’ve lost so much, we feel behind, but there’s a lot in store for us.
